Springtime Spinach!

Learn how to make pasta as bright spring! In this class we will learn how to color pasta green with fresh spinach, and compliment it with a warm array of spring vegetables in a light tomato sauce. Here you will learn a brief history of the pasta and it's origins, and why we started coloring pasta with different vegetables. We will learn everything together from beginning to end, and enjoy a beautiful meal together when the class is complete. Non vedo l'ora! (I can't wait)

Cheese Making with Lulu!

In this class we will learn how to make goat cheese! We will make a cheese together in class, plus one for you to take home. There will be various options for flavoring your cheese (peperoncini, dried herbs, etc.). We will also prepare some yummy sides to build a beautiful, healthy, and tasty appetizer platter together!
This price of this class is $40/per person and includes appetizers, wine, a cheese cloth and mason jar. If there are any allergies or aversions, I am happy to accomodate!

Sunday Marinara

From the Mountains of Morocco

As many of you know, I have just returned from a legendary trip in Morocco! It was an adventurous experience in nature, and especially in food. 

In this class we will learn how to make two unforgettable Moroccan-inspired salads, and a classic warm vegetable tagine. The first is a crisp, citrusy fennel and cauliflower salad, and the second is a robust, flavor-packed mushroom salad. I'm drooling already...
